What do you need to do in order to obtain a subsistence certificate?
- Either go in person to the ticket hall of the population department bringing your identity card with you
- Or via the website (Irisbox (FR))
In the event of a summons, only a certificate of residence can be issued at the counter. For any other documents required, the lawyer must contact the Population department directly.
TIMEFRAME: Certificates are issued immediately.
