For all identity document applications, the person concerned must be present.
All minors must be accompanied by a first-degree relative.  
 

PHOTOLESS IDENTITY CARD

When a child is born, one or both parents should go to the ticket hall, bringing:

  • their identity card
  • the notification received from the Population department around 6 weeks after the birth.
     

 


NOTE: This card (without photo) is only valid in Belgian territory



In the event that your card is lost or stolen

One or both parents should go to the ticket hall of the Population department, bringing their identity card

  • TIMEFRAME: immediate
  • PRICE: €1.25
